I am disable4s so this is just for me. It's very difficult for me to hold it in position properly for any real stimulation. I really like the softness of the head but it's a bit too soft to stimulate me as well. It is a very nice vibrator though. I do love that it had 4 speed options compared to most other vibrators that only have 3.
Depending on the angle of the wand I have found that the vibration get louder and more noisy.
