Our first disappointment was that it did not come with a charger. You need to buy the charger separately, or have one available. Huh? This thing costs a fortune and they can't even throw in a charger? The directions stress that you need to fully charge it before first use, so that threw a monkey wrench into its test flight. We decided that she would try it solo first. Not impressive. She has se...veral other tools that do the job well. This one, not so much. Even at the highest level she doubted that it would do what it needs to do. It's just too weak. We also discovered that the remote vibrates so much that if you set it down on the bed, the whole bed hums, very distracting and silly. Why can't you turn off that 'feature'? So you either have to place the remote somewhere else, or someone has to hold it continuously. Unlike many other such tools, the remote gives no indication of the current setting for power or pattern, so you have to count button presses and keep track, or jump around randomly to try to hit what you want. Very awkward and distracting. We decided to try it together, and what a disaster. Despite applying massive amounts of lube four times (talk about a mood killer!) it badly chafed me where I rubbed against it.
