How To Insert

To insert the cup, first you should fold it. Start by using one hand to hold the base of the cup. Now flatten the cup and fold it in half until you have a ‘U’ shape. Push the rim down towards the base. Firmly hold the folded cup with one hand. This gives your cup a tighter shape that is easier to place.

With the cup folded, gently insert the cup into the vaginal canal. Direct the cup towards the tailbone, not the cervix (you should be angling towards your bottom and away from your stomach). Continue to insert until the base of the cup is even with the vaginal opening and no longer protruding. You may feel the cup unfolding as it slides into place. To ensure a good seal, consider twisting the cup and adjusting your body position.

Removal & Cleaning

To remove the cup, gently pull on the retrieval tab. Ensure you do this over the toilet. Take your time allowing the cup to release. Then, empty the contents into the toilet. Rinse the cup with cold water until clean. Use warm water & soap to sanitize before reinserting.
