If you’re into rings and I am ( my girlfriend’s fault) then you have to try them all. The flat type, with lube, can be more comfortable than the round. With out lube I prefer the round type ring. Try them all. They are inexpensive and a great sensation to play around with.

I do not have much experience with these but the smaller one is what I used. It works out could be a little more snug, the largest ring is just useless, even if you wanted to use them on your testicles it won't stay put. I would say they need to step down the sizes a bit on all three.
