These things work great. You do have to get them wet around the rim before you but them on. Once you get them on though they work great. I was shocked at how well they worked. These are wonderful and will work for anyone, if you apply them correctly. My doctor prescribed me a similar product when one of my nipples became inverted after breastfeeding. All you have to do to get a great seal is use a product like chap stick. Rub it around your nipple and on the nipple suckers. When you place them on your nipple squeeze a couple of times to get the air out and to insure you... have a good seal. Leave them on for as long as you like but for at least one hour.
