How to Use Your New Kegel Balls

The Satisfyer Yoni Power 1 Kegel Training Set is made from medical-grade silicone, a hypoallergenic material that’s safe for people with sensitivities and severe allergies. It’s extremely durable and easy to clean for long-lasting use.

Silicone is compatible with water-based lubes only. Apply a little lube before inserting the Kegel trainer, making sure to leave the loop outside for easy removal. Then simply clench your pelvic muscles around the trainer, hold for 3 seconds, and release. Repeat this 10 times to complete a full set. You should do 3 sets a day for optimal results. Afterwards, wash the trainer with sex toy cleaner and warm water. Dry it thoroughly with a lint-free cloth.
